Turmoil # 1 - Do not advertise and Do not Bug Abuse

Turmoil # 2- Do not claw rush. makes da noobs quit

Turmoil # 3- you must follow staff rules if ordered to do so

Turmoil # 4- fc with pray isnt allowed. SO DONT DO IT.

Turmoil rule # 5-Be a friendly little pixel person. aka be kind

Turmoil rule # 6- dont spam

Turmoil rule # 7- dont dupe items

Turmoil rule # 8-Not a rule but highly advised/ dont risk your bank in pvp.. your gonna die eventually

Turmoil rule # 9- Do NOT suggest that a player should quit or join another server

Turmoil rule # 10- Do not pk in dung armour go to ::edgepk to use it

Turmoil rule # 11-If you see a glitch PLEASE report on forum...

Turmoil rule # 12-No pj (Player jacking)

IF ANYONE IS BREAKING RULES. GET EVIDENCE AND REPORT DIRECTLY TO A STAFF MEMBER ex. yka0 corey security cop ect..

Forum rules and Terms of Use

I. Registration of users.

By registration in the forum you accept present Rules.
To register in the forum a user must provide an active e-mail address. We guarantee privacy of the provided information.
Choice of a username (a nickname) is your exclusive right. The administration reserves the right to take measures for stopping a nickname usage, if its usage violates generally accepted moral and ethic standards and it is insulting for other forum users. Registration of nicknames, resembling the existing ones so that they can mislead other forum users, is prohibited.
Repeated registration of one user, regardless of his/her aims, is prohibited. This violation is considered to be extremely serious and leads to the blocking of all accounts.
If you do not display activity in the forum for a long time, you account may be removed. (may)

II. Rules of conduct in the forum.

Communication in the forum is based on the principles of generally accepted morality and netiquette.
Usage of swear and abusive words is strictly prohibited, no matter in what form and to whom they are addressed. It concerns substitution of letters by characters as well.
Any advertising, including Internet projects (except for the cases of preliminary approval with the administration), is strongly prohibited.
Your signature in the forum cannot HUGE or spam....and may not be 18+ or be advertising for other servers

III. Message posting.

Thread subject must be informative and reflect the core of the problem to the maximum.
Before you create a new thread, make sure that you create it in the forum of the proper subject area and that this question hasn’t been discussed before.
Creation of identical threads in different sections and posting of similar messages in different threads is prohibited.
Try not to make grammar mistakes in your posts, it will give a negative impression about you.
IV. Relationship between users and the administration.

The administration follow common sense and internal rules of forum management in their actions.
Discussion of administration’s (forum administrators’ and moderators’) actions is strongly prohibited in any forums and threads, except for the special forum, intended for the discussion of all aspects of the whole forum work.

The administration reserves the right to change the rules with the further notification of forum users. All forum changes and updates are carried out with the consideration of users’ opinions and interests.

Level 0: minor warning

•Posting in the wrong section
•Not reading announcements
•Unnecessary post


Level 1: warning

•Inappropriate behaviour
•Signature or avatar violation
•Spam


Level 2: minor offence

•Not involved in a report
•Plagarism or leaking
•Advertising


Level 3: offence

•Illegal content
•Market fraud
•Mass spam


Level 4: severe offence

•Hacking, scamming or phishing
•Ban evading

You can't:
•Discuss anything illegal like child porn
•Spam excessively (over 55 lines; many repeat posts)
•Flame anyone in particular with the exception of staff (see below)
•Use excessively long title names that stretch the page

You can:
•Discuss adult topics
•Share any outrageous or shocking pictures
•Report staff
•Blow off steam and have fun

At times this section may contain posts that some may find offensive so please take caution...


Graphics
Do not share any warez (Posting links to a torrent, photoshop etc.)
Do you want a signature or do you have a graphics service? These threads belong in the Request section.
Vouching is NOT allowed if the graphics piece isn't being paid for. If there's a transaction (in exchange for something, pin/money etc.) involved. Then vouching is allowed.
Do you need help? With fonts/tutorials/brushes e.g. These threads belong in the Help section.
Consider this your warning.
Don't rip other peoples work. This isn't rippers heaven, we're rsbot. Ripping someones work/copying someones exact same work but with a different font is not allowed. Consequences will occur.
Do not make multiple threads.

Appreciated
- Try not to make a thread everytime you've made a piece. Instead make yourself a CnC/Gallery thread with the work that you want post.
- In the requests section, If you're requesting for example a Signature. Put [PAYING] / [PRIZE] etc. In your topic title, makes it easier for all of us. And even for you I'm sure that it will attract more people.
- Before posting a thread in the Help section please, use Google first.

Regarding criticism & comments.
If you've made something which you're proud of, a big + for that. BUT If you can't handle negative criticism such as:
Oh dude that looks like shit, you need to improve 2/10. Don't go all: Yeah well I want to see you try noob #¤!% &%¤!@ (/flame on). If you can't handle this, then you have NOTHING to do here.
If you reply to a negative post going for example like this: "Fu nab, do better yourself bitch". You'll be infracted for inappropriate behaviour.

Regarding spam posts.
Don't submit pointless posts like 'nice' or 'lol cool'. This also applies to 'reserved' or any other posts with that don't contribute to the thread, with just the objective of creating a reserve spot.

There's no need to reserve a post, or to say something like 'I'll make a sig and post later'. If you want to contribute, then just make the GFX and post it there and then.

And this is definitely NOT the place for you to raise your post count. Keep the spam/unnecessary posts for yourself.

Consider yourself warned.

Runescape Account Selling
To post a thread in this section, you will need to provide a service/product that MUST be related to RuneScape. Anything that I or any other staff member finds that is not related to RuneScape will be locked and you will be infracted appropriately. Also when posting a thread, you will need to post it in the unverified section and request a staff member to verify your service/product and move it to the verified section. If you go ahead and post in the verified section without a staff member approving it, you will be infracted. I will be monitoring this section very often to prevent any scams taking place and all that scam will be banned and further action may be taken towards the scammer. However, if you do managed to get scammed please post in the scam section and all witnesses and staff members will deal with the scam issue.

Good format and rules, but why is #10 dealing with dung armour and pjing if they have nothing to do with each other? make pjing rule#12?
